Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate progress reports for ongoing projects, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive work done reports, detailing the completed tasks, materials used, and any deviations from the initial plan.
- Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents, ensuring that project processes adhere to standards.
- Update and maintain monthly reports, including project status, and resource allocation, to provide a clear overview of project performance.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidate that does not fulfill this minimum requirement but with relevant experience would be considered.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in vendor/contractor management.
