We are seeking a proactive individual to assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative duties related to motor and general insurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with insurance companies, internal teams, and external customers to manage new and renewal insurance quotations.
- Handling insurance sales in the showroom and managing renewal sales for our existing customer database.
- Managing motor insurance sales and coordinating the processing of insurance documentation.
- Upholding ethical conduct and best practices in all business dealings.
- Ensuring customer and company requirements are consistently met.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or higher.
- A Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, ComGI, PGI) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the insurance field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
