Job Description:
- Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, progressive payments/claims, method of statement and work procedures to project manager.
- Responsible in overseeing drawings and plans and make sure they are updated to the clients and subcontractors
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems and prepares project status reports.
- Controls project plan by reviewing designs, specifications, drawings/plans, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Assist the project managers or directors in project co-ordinations with related consultants and quantity surveyors.
- Coordinate and work closely by enforcing safety procedures, rules and regulations with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied.
- Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
