Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects in oil & gas industries involving structural, piping & fittings, and valves products
- Develop and implement procurement strategiesto optimize cost and quality
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations
- Negotiate and establish contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications / customers’ requirements
Requirements
- Min. diploma in any engineering
- Proven experience in project management and procurement in the oil & gas industry
- Expertise preferable in any of the products (structural, piping & fittings, and valves)
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- BILINGUAL in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
