Job Description:
- Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Monitor the quality of services provided and ensure contracts are fulfilled.
- Seek cost-effective solutions to maintain operations within budget.
- Organize and optimize the use of available space within the facility.
- Coordinate office moves, layout changes, or renovations as needed.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for situations like fire, equipment failure, or other emergencies.
- Report on facility status and improvement plans to management.
