Operations Admin Manager

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that the organization operates in a compliant and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the organization meets its goals and objectives, and that performance targets are achieved.
  • Oversee the delivery of CET programs, ensuring that they are delivered to a high standard and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improving operations and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, and that the organization operates in compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
  • Manage the recruitment and training of staff, ensuring that they are competent and capable of delivering high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring that staff performance is monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage the organization's resources, including financial, physical, and human resources, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of the organization and its operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management and/or administrative management, preferably in a CET organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
