Network Support Engineer (12 months contract)
- Network support, processing of incident tickets and service requests
- Implementation of firewall change requests,further operational and monitoring tasks
- Support with problems and projects / changes in the network (Cisco and Fortinet)
- Support with Zscaler, Support with maintenance windows
- Routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN
- Processing of ServiceNOW incident tickets
- Implementation of firewall rules
- Must have: WAN, LAN; Wi-Fi topics experience on a BAU basis.
- Zscaler, Fortinet, SD-WAN, Tufin
