Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and propose solutions for new requirements with stakeholders.
- Lead functional solution design with business and IT teams.
- Define solutions and create implementation roadmaps with technical teams.
- Collaborate with external and internal parties to gather information and deliver functional specifications, use cases, and interface designs.
- Organize and run steering/project committees.
- Identify project risks and track issues.
- Plan migration strategies and manage change activities.
- Oversee and contribute to User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Manage decision-making for solution design, architecture, and approvals (IT risk, security, budget).
- Ensure project governance and serve as a liaison between business, technology, and support teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with business sponsors and stakeholders.
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in the banking industry as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
- Expertise in Intellimatch (Reconciliation system).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Familiarity with project management and support tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, PPM tools).
