Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Assistant Manager, Strategy Planning to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior management to analyze market trends, evaluate business performance, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of action plans.
- Seek out the potential new sustainability / green business that the business could develop.
- Support project management efforts, ensuring timely execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to promote alignment and collaboration on strategic goals.
- Support business in strategy development, M&A opportunity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in strategy planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
