We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversees the daily operations of our Accounts department. Your role involves various responsibilities related to financial management and reporting. Here are some key aspects of what an Accounting Manager does:
Overseeing Accounting Department:
- To supervise the accounting department within the organization.
- Track the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, expenditures, and revenue.
- Additionally, they help develop and implement financial policies and procedures and conduct audits.
- To provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze the company’s finances.
- To create reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Skilled in financial forecasting and trend analysis to help plan for the future, identifying financial opportunities and challenges.
Regulatory Compliance:
- To ensure that all financial operations adhere to the relevant financial rules and regulations.
- Stay informed about new financial laws and guide the team on compliance.
Supervising Accounting Staff:
- Oversee the performance of accounting staff.
- Delegate tasks, track performance, and organize necessary training for staff development.
- Additionally, you play a key role in team-building and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
- Highly analytical with strong financial and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills to lead the team
Office is located at Tuas Avenue 13.
Company provides transport pick up from Jurong East to office & vice versa at specific timing.
