Project Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the project teams
  2. Assist in project documentations
  3. Assist to coordinate project scheduling
  4. Assist in sourcing for products, raising purchase requisitions, generate quotations, etc
  5. Generate reports, data and other relevant documents as per project requirements
  6. Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • O Level/ Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Meticulous, positive and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-tasks
  • Good team player with ability to work independently
