- Develop and implement channel strategies to enhance market penetration and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials and sales tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
Requirements:
- Degree and above
- At least 5 years of Business Development experience in Retail/FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
