- Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
- Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;
- Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
- Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works;
- Review tender clarifications and construction drawings.
- Manage the project’s drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction
- Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction and consultant's teams.
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
