Key Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service and promote coffee and other menu items to customers
- Prepare all Café order (mainly drinks, including food) according to the menu protocol and ensure the products are up to Ralph's Coffee standards.
- Maintain the Coffee Counter, by tidying up, cleaning, washing etc, to ensure a smooth operation to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.
- Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring stock level, replenishment, and handling stock delivery upon arrival.
- Maintain a good hygiene standard in all food preparation process as per the Company’s Hygiene Protocol.
- Support other cafe roles such as server if needed.
