Responsibility
Formulate concepts, develop, design and debug for semiconductor front end automated equipment
Design to incorporate Semi-Standard documents in particular S2, S8, CE
Understand and review customers’ requirements
Propose alternatives for value engineering - design for manufacturing and cost
Prepare BOM, drawings and documentations for design release
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aeronautical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
5 to 10 years’ experience in mechanical/equipment design or related experience
Proficient with 3D CAD design software such as Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, etc
Working knowledge of analysis tools such as FEA, FMEA, etc
Team player and able to work under pressure
Proficient in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage
