Building Manager / Project Manager

For this role, you will oversee the management of multiple building facilities, ensuring maintenance, security, and functionality. You will lead projects such as office renovations, new facility setups, and solar panel installations, while managing facility teams and contractors to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment, minimizing downtime.


Job Responsibilities

  • Managing two or more building facilities.
  • Planning building upgrade and sustainability
  • Lead and handle building projects ( such as Office renovations works, set up new business facilities, vendor management, contracts, energy)
  • Manage the lease rental of the buildings
  • Building facilities:
  1. Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance activities
  2. Follow up on corrective maintenance works to minimize downtime and maintain a functional, secure and clean environment.
  3. Liaise with maintenance contractors and suppliers
  4. Manage a team of facility technicians.
  5. Manage the safety and security of the premises, ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  6. Ensure facility site is clean, well-maintained.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Building management.
  • Keen to learn and interested in people and environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Good problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Keen to learn and accept new challenges.
  • Official 5 days’ work week (Mon- Fri).
