Your Role
- Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
- Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
- Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)
- Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
- Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission
- Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
- Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule
The Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years’ working experience construction planning and programme coordination
- Has aptitude for planning role
- Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
- Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
