Job Description
- Familiar with preparation of quotation, procurement and tendering include pricing.
- Quantity takeoff of external work, structural and architectural finishing.
- Request quotation, price comparison, negotiate prices with sub-contractors and suppliers for tender and operation projects.
- Submit progress claim including checking and verifying quantities and work done on site.
- Manage and access variations and provide costing on V.O, omission and additions.
- Preparation of V.O documents and submission to client.
- Manage and access variations and provide accurate costing on omision and additional works. Prepare variation ordver documents and submitted to client.
- Liaised with client representative for claim and payment progress.
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor
- Min 2 years of working experience in civil engineering
- Preferbly experience in Building, LTA, HDB or Warehouse
