Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and remain within the allocated budget
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including catering, venues, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including site selection, setup, registration, and breakdown
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising
- Manage event operations on the day of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations while providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events
- Create and maintain detailed timelines and schedules to ensure all event components are executed efficiently and on time
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment and successful event execution
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes or challenges
