- Assess and manage feedback, appeals, and minor complaints effectively.

- Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory compliance to mitigate risks.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably within the insurance or banking industries.

- Diploma holder; professional insurance certifications are a plus.
- 1+years of customer service experience in insurance or banking preferred.
- Comfortable working in a frontline environment with a customer-centric approach.
