Job Description
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure the timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license, with the ability to drive and maneuver vehicles within the service center and parking areas.
