Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with content governance.
- Design and enhance the Knowledge Hub for improved usability and navigation.
- Manage user accounts and set permissions for various user groups.
- Oversee content creation, updating, and archiving to ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits and generate reports to monitor content usage and adherence.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale content repositories and a strong understanding of user journey principles.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale intranet content projects.
- Familiarity with financial services and banking industry practices is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to develop training materials for content publishers and users.
