Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Programmes and Communication Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement programmes and communication strategies that promote our initiatives and engage our community. This role involves content creation, social media management, design work, and programme management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication plans to raise awareness of our healthy aging initiatives.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Design visual materials using tools such as Canva and WordPress to enhance our online presence.
- Gather feedback and analyse engagement metrics to improve communication strategies.
- Serve as the programme lead in managing workshops and community outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a diploma in Design, Communications, Gerontology or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, WordPress and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft words and excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for healthy aging and community engagement.
