Senior Sales Operations Manager, Temporary LOA Coverage

In this high-growth, execution-focused company, this role is responsible for a wide breadth of scope including Business Analytics, GTM planning, fiscal year planning, compensation design & management and business partnership with senior sales, marketing and customer success leaders in the firm. The selected candidate will be a member of the team that support strategic decisions, develops plan and drives operationalization for the company. Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager with knowledge of Tricentis systems and products to fill a temporary 90-day placement in Singapore.

Business Analytics & Operations
- Support quantitative analyses and advanced modeling, which translates data into actionable insights in areas such as territory planning, market analysis/sizing, customer segmentation and prioritization, resource allocation, etc.
- Work closely with company-wide Operations team to ensure data and report integrity. Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to support sales and marketing team operation needs, using comprehensive knowledge of YoY corporate and industry benchmarks.
- Support cross-functional projects to scope, assess, and solve business problems, which can include sales team integration, account segmentation execution, and development of new dashboards in support of sales team.

- Effective strategic analysis benefits using in-depth understanding of Tricentis company, sales, and operations.

Compensation Plan & Management
- Support compensation plan design for multiple Organizations.
- Drive implementation and administration of compensation programs. Conduct periodic review, benchmark analysis to ensure balance of compensation efficiency and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate compensation payout.

Business Partnership
- Support Director of Strategy and Planning to drive annual planning process, develop customer segmentation and resource plan. Conduct analysis to provide base for driving accelerated growth, targets setting and quota coverage.
- Support Marketing and BDR leaders to develop KPI, performance metrics, drive for operation improvement.
- Work closely with customer success leaders to develop plans for expansion in existing customer accounts and creating resource plans to support the expansion.

- Onboarding enablement of new-hires and continual enablement of the existing sales team to improve processes and effectively answer questions and drive success.


Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise SAAS Sales environment
- Minimum of 7 years of Sales Operation experience in a high growth tech company
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and global environment
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize data to tell a story
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must have advanced excel modeling skills), PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of Tricentis’s SFDC’s technical developments, as well as a thorough understanding of various Tricentis technical processes outside of SFDC

- Strong bias for action
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required, with MBA preferred

- Fluency in English required, and familiarity with Dutch also preferred.
