Job Description.
- Direct and supervise retail and stock processing staff across several outlets and warehouse to ensure they meet set objectives
- Provide training to retail and stock processing employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance
- Provide training to newly hired employee
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele
- Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information
- Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals
- Mentor and moticate stock processing staff to put in their best in order to achieve the target inventory
- Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations and production operations
- Regular visit to retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales
- Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet
- Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis
- Ensure compliance with health/safety policies / government polocies and procedures at retail sites
- Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
- Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store
- To generate a regular promotion gimmicks for all retails store (monthy promotion / seasonal promotions)
- To set-up and maintain an online store with target sales quota
- To handle all social media promotion / ads
- To source for new indemands products (second hand cloths)
- To source-out for new suppliers of secondhand cloths
- Much possess extensive experienced in handling thrift store
- To develop a strategy on how to build a stable collection centre for used cloths
- To process and sort by classification all kinds of second hand cloths either from our own collection centre or from our collection partners
- Develop new processing methods for the collected used cloths
- Willing to handle and process used cloths that collected from different sources
