Job Purpose
- To assist and supporting the new business administrative team in the daily operations.
Duties
- Receiving and collecting of incoming documents from mailroom and common drop box.
- Packing of outgoing documents for vendor scanning.
- Registration of new submissions into AIA in-house system.
- Preparation of Policy Contracts for delivery by vendor/mailroom.
- Preparation of medical report for delivery to customer.
- Coordinate and collaborate with intermediaries and various internal departments to ensure daily work issues are resolved timely.
- Updating daily incoming follow up documents received into AIA in-house system.
- Sending of emails to intermediaries informing about the outstanding documents/actions required for the policy.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support the team.
