- Position : Sales Manager (Timber Door/Construction) – Up to $8,000
- Location : Island Wide | Office at Woodlands Industrial Park
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus + Travel Allowances + OT Payable + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves/Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- To pursue new sales opportunities and will be responsible for managing budgets, strategic planning, leading teams, risk management, and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expansion, and market penetration within the timber door trade industry
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business operations
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and industry partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven track record of minimally 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant field
- Familiar with BCA Regulations
- Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin
