Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team in preparing and executing high-quality grill and bar cuisine.
- Develop innovative and enticing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Oversee food ordering, inventory management, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality and consistency in food preparation.
- Collaborate with management to drive profitability through menu engineering and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experiences
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a grill or bar restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of grilling techniques, marinades, and seasoning.
- Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
