- Education – minimum Diploma or Degree or IT certifications
- Experience – minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably have project implementation and support exposure in SI environment
- Main job scope - project implementations/migrations/maintenance support on various products of focus such as:
- Wireless network, switches and routers – Cisco, or HPE/Aruba/Ruckus switches implementations with multiple VLANs and routing, wireless implementation with Cisco, Aruba or Ruckus
- Other products - Bluecoat Proxy, RSA server, MS Radius Server, Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Airwave, Nessus, Solarwinds, PRTG
- Firewalls - Cisco, Checkpoint, Watchguard, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Juniper with IPSEC/site to site VPN, UTM features such as antispam/antivirus, IPS/IDS, content filtering
- Basic Windows Server implementation with AD, DHCP and DNS
- MS Azure network configuration
