The Role
Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, product owners, and data teams to understand business requirements and translate them into GenAI (enterprise) solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune large language models for better performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
Work with software developers and data scientists to integrate AI systems into existing platforms or applications.
Identify relevant data sources for specific use cases and design methods for data collection, integration, cleansing, and transformation. Partner with data scientists and architects to ensure the quality and relevance of data for GenAI model training.
Play a lead role in the technical and architectural decision-making process with external GenAI service providers (e.g., Azure Open AI, GCP Gemini models, or AWS Bedrock, and other open-source LLMs) to ensure that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.

Required Skills and Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in the data science and AI industry
- PhD qualifications preferred
- Experience with LLMs, Ci/CD pipelines design and management, understanding of LLMops, and hands-on experience with ML and DL frameworks and libraries
- Expertise in optimizing and fine-tuning large language models for enhanced performance, latency, memory, and throughput
