Job Profile Summary:
We are looking for a Distribution Operation Specialist, who will be an integral role in performing daily operations support for Distribution and ensure that we take our service levels to greater heights to support our agents and partners.
Job Description:
- Review and approve applications for sales activities and campaign management
- Act as 1st line of reviewers for marketing materials submitted by Agency force
- Document and consolidate appeals for Appeal committee, execute Appeal committee’s decisions
- Document and update on all SOPs within Agency Division to ensure consistency in all processes
- Review SOC deviation application, Introducer application, Agency Leader proxy application, CPF Medisave Contribution reminders
- Execute other daily agency operations to deliver timely and comprehensive administrative support (Sales Admin & Support, Incentives and Payment Processing)
- Coordinate key projects for Agency Service and Transfer of Policy team
- Other assigned ad hoc duties

- Preferably experiences in insurance/financial industry
Education:
- Degree in any discipline
