Job Scope
- Lead end-to-end project management activities.
- Maintain a register of all programs and projects in the portfolio, including ideas in the pipeline.
- Analyze the probability and impact of risks on the portfolio of programs and projects for upcoming changes to strategy.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support to the management in defining Governance Framework.
- Provide management with decision support information with analysing options and consequences.
- Ensure the right decisions are escalated to the relevant party with relevant information to support the decision-making process.
- Provide timely reporting and exception management service from project to portfolio level.
- Develop management dashboards that engage management and focus attention on the key risks and issues affecting portfolio delivery.
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders to drive project success.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in understanding documents in Bahasa Indonesia and translating them into English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Effectively communicated in Bahasa Indonesia with colleagues from subsidiaries and relevant government department officials in Indonesia, facilitating smooth operations and collaboration.
Qualification
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good working attitude, team player, and able to work well and respond promptly under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous in details and problem-solving skills.
