Requirements
- Degree in Social Work
- Willing to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure when discharging duties
- Willing to perform shift work in accordance with the Duty Roster
- 3 years of direct practice, 1 year of supervisory role
Responsibilities
Advanced clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership, supervision to a team of social workers, caseworkers or other support staff.
- Oversee complex cases, ensuring that appropriate interventions and services are provided, and conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to enhance the delivery of social services.
- Work to influence policies and practices that impact the well-being of the residents and contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the organisation.
- Provide training sessions and workshops for staff and stay updated on relevant research and best practices in social work.
- Handle administrative tasks related to programme management, such as budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulations.
- Respond to crises and emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
