Work Location: Bedok
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Contract Period: 1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026.
Job Description:
- Front desk duties: answering of phone calls and walk-in enquiries
- Attend to injured students.
- Admin work: filing, counting and distributing of flyers and data entry using Microsoft applications - Excel, Word.
- Able to keep calm and work under stress when the front-desk is crowded.
- Attend to staff enquiries and requests.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirement:
- passed āNā levels
- able to communicate well in English, and enjoy attending to children.
- 3 years working experience in administration in a school. All personnel should provide a list of current and past experience
- ability to use Microsoft applications - Excel, Word.
