LOVE, NILS is a Singapore-registered IPC charity; our mission is to provide high quality supportive programmes that provide meaningful psychosocial support to our beneficiaries – children with cancer and their families.

We are seeking a dedicated and savvy Digital Marketing & Communications, Senior Executive to execute the advocacy and outreach initiatives of LOVE, NILS Ltd to fulfil the charity’s mission through:

  • Public Awareness & Marketing Communications
  • Branding
  • Outreach Education

This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with other departments such as Fundraising, Programmes and Community Engagement, to ensure seamless synergy across the organisation’s external and internal communications.

Reports to: Executive Director

Work arrangement: Hybrid (in office & work from home)

Compensation: Basic monthly + yearly performance bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Public Awareness & Marketing Communications

  • Manage the website and social media platforms. Track, analyse and generate reports, propose, implement and execute ideas and strategies
  • Strategize and effectively execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across PR and social media, digital marketing, and event management, helping to increase brand awareness, generate leads, raise sponsorship and build community engagement. You will provide marketing direction and ideas for campaigns
  • Manage media relations and PR efforts to drive awareness and educate the public about childhood cancer, journey of the caregiver, narrate LOVE, NILS Ltd impact, inspire action and garner stakeholder and public support
  • Strategise awareness and promotion of our fundraising campaigns and crowdfunding platforms to target audiences and hit fundraising targets
  • Work with creative and media agencies, branding consultants and event management partners for LOVE, NILS projects
  • Prepare speeches, press statements and handle media engagements
  • Monitor and analyse efficacy outcomes of awareness, marketing, communications efforts through monthly reports and Google Analytics & Social Media Analytics
  • Work with the relevant divisions to execute all visual aspects of marketing and branding initiatives for the charity. This will involve working with service providers and various divisions in creating and designing various assets, not limited to, infographics, social media posts, display banners, email, print collateral, posters, reports, presentations, and various web-based elements
  • Collaborate on content with the Programmes, Community Engagement and Fundraising departments
  • Create designs for all materials, serving as a support to the entire organisation and helping create resources necessary for effective partner, donor, beneficiary and community engagement
  • Work with the team to plan, create and organise social content and posting across all channels

Branding

  • Custodian of the LOVE, NILS brand identity and application guidelines across all marketing and partnership collaterals and media usage
  • Manage a depository of all visual collaterals and working files
  • Manage production of LOVE, NILS Ltd corporate video, Annual Report, e-newsletters, collaterals, visuals, website content and update

Outreach Education

  • Develop outreach awareness plan through public education, awareness talks, webinars and community fairs
  • Prepare outreach education materials for talks and presentations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Skilled in Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics
  • Highly resourceful with strong interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Strong sense of ownership and target driven with a keen sense of innovation
  • Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings (time off in lieu will be given)
