Job Overview:
The Business Development / Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the sales process to close deals. The role also involves developing and executing strategies to achieve growth, increase company revenue, and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, door to door knocking and market research.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify potential new markets and partnerships that align with company goals.
5. Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights on progress towards targets.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and deal status using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

7. Post-Sales Support:
