Job description:


Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of project management, ensuring that all project documentation, processes, and resources are efficiently managed. This role supports project teams by facilitating communication, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.


Key Highlights and Responsibilities:


Manager resource of Project Business Operation executives who are responsible for managing and maintaining the project data, project operations such as contract management, contract resources data management, onboarding and off boarding, renewals, exit and access management of the staffs.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.

Resource Coordination:

  • Coordinate resources and materials needed for project activities.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to support project needs.

Process Management:

  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures for project management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Communication Facilitation:

  • Serve as a point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain clear communication channels among all project participants.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular status reports and project updates for stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance data and identify trends or issues.
  • Support project managers in developing presentations for senior management.
