Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build key clients under your niche/ specialisation.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to negotiate and manage global accounts to attain maximum revenues.
- Leverage data from digital tools to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and develop and implement a strong sales strategy for the business. This will involve fostering a good rapport and strong relationships with the primary figures across the industry, helping to grow the portfolio and expand the company's share in the marketplace.
- Analyze and report activity to Sales and Sales Operations management.
- Effectively manage all Sales Operations costs to ensure achievement of company financial goals.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of sales and or sales support/operations experience in the information technology industry.
- In-Depth Knowledge & proven expertise in Inside Sales.
- Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills.
- Excellent business analysis capabilities and experience.
- Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation.
- Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision.
