Job Description

Presto Universal is an established project management company with strong foothold in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong and China with over 20 years' experience in Retail & Commercial Interior Fitting-out Works, Supply of customized Fixture & Loose Furniture, Electrical & Mechanical Installation, and Building refurbishment.

Project Admin

Are you looking for a position in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with great potential for personal development and career advancement? We offer a challenging career to those who enjoy working with team & result-oriented people to achieve greater height.


Job Responsibilities

· Handle project documents and purchasing materials

· Arrange meetings, prepare minutes and agenda

· Track expenses and costs

· Administrative support to project team

· Monitor project progress and address potential issues

· Prepare necessary admin and paper works

· Report to management team on project status

· Ad-hoc duties


Requirements

· At least 2 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· General reading and writing in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English and Chinese speaking associates)
