Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations in ensuring fulfilment and efficient delivery of services to the customers.
- Monitor the status of the daliy working task.
- Lead and supervise all team leader to ensure project accomplish
- Communicate with the customers, to fully fill the recruitment needs of the customers.
- Handle customer feedback/complaints.
- Provide support in project research work
- Foreign workers’ work pass applications, e-issuance, security bond purchasing
- Provide Training for new employee
- Recruits, retains, rewards and terminates staff as needed
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience as a managerial level in your previous working experience.
- Having a CEI (basic) license is required. After joining, you will need to go for the CEI exam and get certificate.
- Having a university diploma or above education certificate. Majoring in human resources or other relevant majors is an advantage.
- Good at communicating with multi-country clients such as Chinese and Malaysian.
- Good at using computers, and skilled to use Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel.
