About the opportunity
We are seeking a Knowledge Coordinator to provide valuable solutions to build Pinsent Mason’s knowledge functions across APAC and support the APAC Senior Practice Development Lawyer. This newly established, regional role offers a unique opportunity to shape and expand the position, fostering both personal and professional growth.
You will be managing and administering legal training activities, maintaining and developing LMS knowledge pages, and supporting the CPD process for lawyers. Responsibilities include circulating training feedback, managing LMS updates and serving as the main contact for training system queries. Additionally, the role involves supporting Practice Groups with precedent management, handling system updates and advising on central knowledge resources.

Key areas of focus
- Administering, scheduling, and publishing of APAC legal training as well as overall support of the CPD process for lawyers and legal training regionally
- Maintain and develop knowledge pages and LMS (Training & Learning Management System) for user-friendly, up-to-date information, acting as the main contact for queries
- Manage the Training & Learning Management System maintenance, builds, updates and configure e-learning content into the system for APAC
- Maintain and circulate training feedback questionnaires
- Conduct periodic data and system audits for APAC
- Provide administrative support to Practice Groups for uploading, updating, and maintaining precedents
- Manage precedent system maintenance, builds and updates for APAC, acting as the main contact for precedent-related queries, including house style and documentation standards
- Support core people-related projects such as induction and facilitate training as needed.
- Support regional Knowledge projects and organize general knowledge content in the firm’s document management system and intranet pages.
Candidate profile
- At least two years’ experience in a Knowledge Assistant/Coordinator, Legal Support or Administrative role
- A background in legal professional services
- Proficiency in Excel, Word & Power Point
- Enthusiasm for people, processes and knowledge
- Attention detail and independent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as foster working relationships
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload and handle multiple priorities, including the delivery of one-off, unique projects
