Duties & responsibility:
- Provide daily administrative support to the department
- Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiry regarding polo lessons and prerequisites
- Assist in co-ordination of events and competitions
- Filing and record-keeping of database
- Assisting customers to find desired items at the shop
- Receiving and processing shipments and deliveries
- Organising merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they're attractive to shoppers
- Informing shoppers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue
- Keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively
- Auditing the price of inventory regularly
- Addressing and resolving shoppers' complaints and enquiry
- Any adhoc duties assigned by superior
Requirement:
- Minimum ‘O' level and experience in retail /sales is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experienced in handling credit card payments, administrative duties, etc
- Team player with a pleasant disposition and service oriented
