We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Digital Payment Solutions to join our growing team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring successful delivery of digital payment projects. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and helping to implement robust payment solutions that meet client needs.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central
- Salary Package: Up to $6,500 (basic) + AWS + VB (attractive bonus)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for digital payment solutions.
- Analyze, document, and communicate business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future state requirements for payment systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Any other duties as assigned by superior/ company representative from time to time
Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry
- Strong in communication & interpersonal skills
