Job Responsibilities:
• Support the team in Total Performance Management and Promotion Exercise
• Provide support in compensation and benefits activities
• Assist in compensation and benefit surveys
• Assist in other day-to-day operations
• Participate in HR projects and tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree holder from a recognized University.
- 1-2 years of work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
