We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative fiat and digital payment solutions.
As the bridge between our technical teams and business objectives, you will manage the full lifecycle of software projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
You should possess strong time management, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

- Salary Package: Up to $10k (basic) + AWS + Attractive bonus
Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and communicate business requirements.
- Design systems that prioritize usability and user experience.
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Evaluate risks and prioritize business needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring project delivery meets requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and propose solutions.
- Mitigate project risks and recommend risk management strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Monitor and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for projects and incidents are met.
- Foster a high-performance culture and monitor team KPIs.
- Engage stakeholders to resolve project challenges and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in project management, experienced in strategy, investment, or technology, with a proven track record in production-level deployments.
- Experience independently managing projects and development teams.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in the FinTech, trading, or cryptocurrency sectors, with strong domain knowledge in payments systems.
- Familiarity with Jira Cloud and Confluence for project tracking.
- Excellent client-facing communication and internal collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of blockchain, capital markets, and financial payments technology is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience managing projects within the trading, financial, or crypto sectors.
- Expertise in blockchain technologies and digital payments.
