Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Assistant Senior Social Worker (ASSW) will be responsible for the following key areas:

- Staff Supervision and Development
- Referral and admissions assessment
- Professional Conduct
Requirements
- Possess a degree in social work.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a centre or facility
- Fully conversant in English and Mandarin, or any 2nd and 3rd language will be an advantage due to clients being seniors.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated independent worker
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Application
- Must be a good team-player, with a passion to work with seniors
