Inbound Call Centre
Working hours: Rotational shift, Mon – Sun
4 weekdays + 1 weekend (5 days per week)
Location: Changi / Jurong East
Duration: 12 months (Renewable / convertible)
Note: 3 months training
Working hours:
AM - 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM
PM - 1PM to 12 Midnight (8 hours working hours), example 1PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM
Job Scope:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
* Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
* Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk
standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.
* Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
* To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
* To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues
Requirements:
- Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Higher Nitec
- At least 1 years of experience in call center setting
- Has experience dealing with KPI preferred
