Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships by providing timely and accurate support on client requests and inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including compliance, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the organization and execution of client events and meetings to enhance client engagement and relationship building.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with banking software systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
