The Talent Acquisition Manager will deliver excellence in recruitment across a wide range of roles from strategic to tactical and serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with Senior Management to provide best in class service to support organizational objectives and ensure a high level of satisfaction from
business leaders and prospective candidates.
· Proactively recruit top talent aligned to business objectives across the real estate development, investment and construction sectors.
· Position the company as an employer of choice, by communicating with integrity at all times and clearly articulating EQT Exeter values and culture.
· Employ a highly consultative approach with Senior Management and Candidates to ensure successful search outcomes.
· Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse requisition load of varying complexity and volume.
· Display impeccable follow up skills and proactively anticipate business needs.
· Ability to flex and adapt in times of changing business conditions.
· Support the HR Manager on projects related to recruiting process and service enhancement, improving candidate experience, onboarding, or other as assigned.
· Support Regional Graduate and Intern program.
· Perform all duties related to the search cycle including sourcing, interviewing, debriefing and closing.
· Stay up to date with industry trends in real estate and become “plugged in” to the markets where we operate.
· Support in benchmarking comp structures on a regular basis
