Responsibilities/Requirement
Knowledge of basics of outsourcing, cost & revenue drivers for an IT organization,Should have excellent communication and analytical skills. The ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment is a must.
Prior sales and account management experience in Automotive/Manufacturing vertical for an IT Services Company is helpful. We are looking for success-oriented people who have proven track record of managing large enterprise portfolios across service lines as well as developing large deals. We look for candidates that have at least 10+ years of prior relevant work experience in performing competitor analysis for the segment of account, client introduction, provide analysis and ground intelligence, prepare customer maps of named customers, support in contract negotiations, to identify right contacts in the client organizations and to inform about customer complaints on project delivery with the objective of leveraging first-hand experience against competitors, demonstrating business value to the client, growing accounts and minimizing revenue leakage WITHIN the boundaries of company policies and guidelines.
The ideal candidate should be a local resident and is expected to travel to the ASEAN countries, Australia and India. The candidate must be willing to travel for 7 days every month. He/She should know to create CXO relationships and equipped to create demand for Infosys services.
Candidates with established market network with agents
/subcontractors and a proven track record of managing/closing 15-20 Mn SGD portfolio.
